Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party provides evidence that legal action has been filed.

5. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to disable and terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are alleged to repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
